A Working Agentforce Agent in 7 Days
Prove one agent in your sandbox in seven days for $1,500, or take it to production in two weeks for $4,500. Standard Salesforce objects, any industry. Scripted tests decide when it is done, not a demo.

Both prices are implementation only and fixed before we start. Salesforce and Agentforce licenses are bought from Salesforce.

That is the Real Estate Salesforce Quickstart, from $8,000, or a scoped custom build. Either way the number is fixed before work starts.
What Happens Each Day
The 7 days start when we have sandbox access, not when the paperwork is signed.
Pilot, 7 days

- Days 2 to 4Agent, actions, and guardrails built in your sandbox
- Day 520 scripted tests run in Agentforce Testing Center
- Day 6Your team tries the agent, we fix what they find
- Day 7Walkthrough, pass and fail report, go or no-go
Launch, 2 weeks plus 30 days
- Week 1Topics, actions, and guardrails built and unit-tested in sandbox
- Week 240 test cases passed, your team's acceptance, deploy to production
- Days 15 to 44Fixes as issues surface, tuning session in week 3
What You Bring, and What Is Not in the Price
You bring
- Salesforce seats with Agentforce enabled, bought from Salesforce (Core, Advanced, or Max, or legacy Enterprise and above with the Agentforce add-on or Flex Credits)
- A sandbox, plus an admin who can grant access on day one
- One person who answers process questions the same business day
Not included
- Apex code and custom objects
- WhatsApp or additional external channels
- Data cleanup and deduplication
- Integrations with systems outside Salesforce
Each of these is scoped separately, usually inside a Quickstart or a custom build.
Five Standard-Object Capabilities
The Pilot covers one of these. The Launch covers up to three, with the AI summaries included.
Account Management
Read and update Accounts without leaving the conversation, from corporate clients to property owners.
Account context in seconds and cleaner data going in
- Retrieve Account details by name or ID
- AI-generated Account summary
- List open Opportunities linked to the Account
- Update fields such as Industry, Phone, and Website
- Validation before save, for example phone number format
Contact Management
Find, create, and update the Contacts attached to an Account.
Fewer duplicates and no manual re-keying
- Search Contacts related to an Account
- Create Contacts with required fields enforced
- Update Contact details such as Title and Email
Opportunity Management
Move deals through stages with the same controls a human user has.
Pipeline updates happen where the conversation happens
- List Opportunities linked to an Account
- Update Opportunity stage with confirmation
- AI-generated deal summary with next steps
Case History Insights
Summarize a customer's or tenant's support history on request.
Support context before the next reply, not after
- Retrieve Cases linked to an Account
- AI summary of recurring issues and open items
Lead Conversion
Convert qualified Leads into the right records in one step.
Standard conversion, no custom process to maintain
- Convert a Lead into Account, Contact, Person Account, or Opportunity
Done Means the Tests Passed
We write each test conversation with the topic, action, and response we expect, run the batch in Salesforce's Agentforce Testing Center, and hand you the report.
- Pilot: 20 cases, results shared on day 7
- Launch: 40 cases, all passing before production
- Report shows expected versus actual topic, action, and reply
- Same batch re-runs after every fix in the 30-day window
Built-In Guardrails
Rules the agent cannot talk its way around, configured in both packages:
- Account and Contact deletion requires manager approval
- Revenue data is visible only to authorized roles
- Anything outside the agent's topics escalates to a human
- Opportunities cannot be closed without explicit confirmation
